Fee Schedule 
Field Engineer Hourly Rate
- $125 Per Hour, or Fraction Thereof (Domestic)
- $150 Per Hour, or Fraction Thereof (International-$US)
Daily Rate
- $1000 Per 8 Hour Day (Domestic)
- $1200 Per 8 Hour Day (International-$US)
Overtime
Time over 8 hours per day is time and one half. Holidays and Sundays are double time, and Saturdays are time and one half. Transportation and living expenses are billed at cost plus 10 percent administrative charge, unless expenses are direct billed to customer. Travel is based on full fare coach for domestic flights. International travel is based on business class.
Charges are Portal to Portal
For an existing machine, a qualified serviceman can assist in the optimization or comprehensive field inspection, at an extra charge, to evaluate the machine's condition, recommend adjustments and/or parts replacement, and review maintenance procedures.
Sturtevant field service is done on a "first come, first served" schedule. Our policy requires that we receive a purchase order before sending a service technician to the site. For scheduling, please contact our Service Department at 1-800-992-0209.
