Headquartered in Hanover, Massachusetts, Sturtevant, Inc. is a family-owned manufacturer of materials processing equipment, including crushers, fine grinders and air classifiers. Since 1883, the company has provided processing solutions to the chemical, pharmaceutical, foods and mineral processing industries. Founded by Thomas L. Sturtevant, the company is currently managed by W. Sturtevant English, Jr., the fifth generation from the company's founder.

Sturtevant, Inc. offers free consultation on size-reduction or product-classification challenges with over 120 years of experience helping customers evaluate the best way to achieve fine particle sizes, validate product expectations and confirm economic feasibility.

Replacement Parts

Manufactured to strict original factory specifications, Sturtevant's OEM replacement parts ensure safer operation and less downtime and carry full factory warranties.

Testing Facility

Sturtevant's test facility in Hanover, Massachusetts, is capable of milling or air classifying dry solids to ¼" - 0.5 microns. Qualified laboratory technicians optimize equipment capacity and recommend wear-protection and material-handling requirements. Customers can visit the facility and benefit from hands-on experience, equipment operator training and technical presentations.

Field Services

Sturtevant's service department is available to assist in the installation and start-up of new equipment. Qualified servicemen can provide comprehensive field inspections to evaluate equipment condition and recommend adjustments and/or parts replacement.

Remanufacturing Services
